Why I accompany change

Behind every change, there is a story.

Not every crisis is a setback. Sometimes it is a reorientation.

What people often bring with them

overwhelm · life transitions · uncertainty · inner conflicts · exhaustion · the desire for change

I support people

through phases of change -

professional · personal · emotional

In my work, I combine systemic perspectives with intuitive awareness, reflection and a clear understanding of underlying patterns.

It is important to me to create spaces in which people can reorient themselves without having to adapt who they are.

The focus is not on quick solutions, but on sustainable change and a deeper understanding of one’s own path.

What can emerge through the process

clarity · self-trust · new perspectives · structure · meaningful decisions · inner alignment

Approach

My work is shaped by personal experience with changes, loss, reorientation and transitions.

Through conversations with families and organizations, as well as supporting people from different walks of life, I developed a deeper understanding over the years of how crises can trigger inner transformation.

Today, I combine these experiences with my training in systemic guidance and a calm, reflective perspective on personal and professional transition processes.

Background & Experience

My work combines personal experience with many years of professional practice.

For many years, I worked in an international shipping company where I supported people, change processes and complex structures across different professional contexts.

Today, these experiences flow into my work alongside further education in systemic guidance/counseling, project management & psychological reflection.

In addition, I focus on topics related to well-being, personal development und inner orientation - including studies such as The Science of Well-Being

(Yale University).
